Thanks to Streparava’s decades of experience in the design, prototyping, testing and production of complex systems and components for light commercial vehicles, tractors, buses and premium vehicles, ALUNEXT offers technological solutions that are competitive in terms of cost, performance and time to market.

Costamp’s assets and technological capabilities are thus merged with Streparava’s technical, industrial and commercial know-how in the automotive field to provide the national and international market with a single reference entity capable of integrating strong industrial expertise in the foundry field with in-depth technical knowledge and high commercial penetration capacity.

Lightness and sustainability

Streparava’s expertise in lightweighting finds its perfect fulfillment in ALUNEXT: in fact, die-cast aluminum allows a 47 percent weight reduction compared to sheet steel production.

In fact, lightweight aluminum components for the automotive sector allow for reduced fuel consumption and, at the same time, increased load capacity.

This results in lower CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and a substantial improvement in the Life Cycle Assessment of each product, thanks to aluminum’s ability to be 100% recyclable.

A huge step toward sustainability not only for the automotive world, but for multiple sectors.
